This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 AM–9 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (312) 516-2456. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, mammothpoke.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 389 reviews, which is a strong result for a restaurant in Chicago and suggests consistent service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mammoth Poke Mammoth Poke is always consistent and incredibly freshβ€”hands down the best poke in the Chicago area. The portions are generous, the sauces are next-level, and everything comes out fast without sacrificing quality. You can really taste how fresh everything is in every bite. If you’re looking for a solid, no-miss poke spot, this is it. Highly recommend for your poke

called in for a grubhub order saying i received less rice than the past few times i ordered. i asked to speak to a manager, he put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. i called back to a woman answering instead just to tell me the owner/manager is not there and the owner will call me. never got a call and its been almost a week now. food is good, but customer service is the worst ive had in chicago so far. if you have any allergen, i honestly would not online order from here. i was told they dont read notes for grubhub. i looked at previous reviews and you can even tell its less rice than others.it doesnt even fill up to the line on the bowl edit: woman on the phone tried to tell me to call grubhub for a refund when i was telling the woman i was calling for complaint because you guys did not give me enough rice. either language barrier or she just did not understand me

The poke was good but wished there was more protein than rice, but overall it was good. Coming on a Tuesday night there was a line to order but it was a quick in and out.

Really fresh poke bowls and a really good portions and price! I got the Logan and a Build Your Own poke bowl. $13.95 for a bowl is a great price in the city. Try the Thai Iced Tea Lemonade. It tastes like an Arnold Palmer with spices. There is a nice outdoor seating area for the warmer months because the inside isn’t very big. Fast and friendly service. I would come back again if I’m in the area. Street parking is somewhat difficult to find though.
